Features

We have very simple user interface.For admin login click admin login and employee login click employee login.Employees can also login though face log in and fingeprint login through our mobile app.

If admins or employees forget their password they can click on forgot password and reset their password or they can contact to inouttstech@gmailcom.

We have two type of users 1.Admin/Company/Organization 2.employees of the Admin/Company/Organization.

For admin we have desktop app android/ios app where admin can login or sign up. Same way for employees also have separate android/ios app and same as desktop. In the admin home page admin can sign-up or login and the same way employee home page also employee can sign-up or login. Admin can see employees clock in-clock out timing and working hours and also see location where he is doing.

Employees have to click photo at the time of clock In and clock out, so that admins can verify the clock ins and outs.

We provide 15 days of trial period for new users.

Then we charge 25 usd per month.65 USD for 3 months.

120 USD for 6 months.We are charging as we have to maintain to database ,storages and other things.All payments are safe.

Here admins/Companies and their employees can edit and update their profiles.

For security Admins or Companies can also delete their entire profile.

Here admins/Companies can view delete their documents that they have used in the application.All documents including sent or received in chat messages or tasks. Apart from that we are also providing to create and publish payslips for employees. We are doing calculation for admins.

Also we are providing ID card feature to publish Identity cards ,so that employees can use it.

In case of employee app,they can view all documents that they have used in the application.All documents including sent or received in chat messages or tasks. Also they can view payslips that admin have pulished.

Here admins can provide their additional components for an employee such as Bonus or meals allowance or travel allowance etc.

They can also provide their deduction components for an employee such as Tax,loss of pay etc.

Both the components can be provided both as a value i.e. for example 10 or 10 percent,App will do all calculations and provide data and genrate payslip. Payslips are generated in both pdf and png format and can be saved locally. They can also publish the payslips so that Employees can recieve it directly through app.

Just to make life easier for companies,we are providing this feature, where admins can generate the ID cards for employees.

Admins can view their invoices that has been generated over the months, this also comes in documents section where they can download the invoices.

This is the feature where employees can raise a ticket/Query and track it, So that admin/company can resolve it

Both Admins and employees can create events. They can view all events in their apps in Events section. Events also work as reminder to employee to involve in an event,it appears as popup in employee home page prior to scheduled date.

Announcements works as a news. Admins/Companies only can create announcements,Once they create they have to publish.Once published,it will start showing in employee and admin apps betwen start date and end date.

Admins and employees can chat with each other with this feature easily. Employees also can communicate with other team member to have a friendly chat or official chat.

Admins can view their employees leaves,can approve or reject leaves. Employees can view and also apply for leave.

Admins and employees can manage their shifts easily here in this section. Shifts like 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM etc...Admins can create as per their convenience,So that employees can be assigned to those shifts.

This section only availble for admins/companies to manage their employees. Basically here they can edit ,delete ,approve or reject their employees.

Approval/Rejction of employee-As we also have mobile apps for both admin and employees, Where when an employee register himself or herself,they have provide organization name during their registration.So to provide security(may be employees can register in an organization where they dont belong to,in that case admin can reject the employee).

Import employees- Admin/Company can import all employees in one shot to the application, by downloading our excel sheet,then filling it up and then importing. Employee settings- We are providing multiple(Infrared,QR,Fingerprint,facial) ways to login to apps(Android and ios apps), So in this section admin/Company can update the setting for login system of employees, They can disable or enable login for an employee.

Here both admins and employees can create the tasks, manage their tasks,edit or delete their tasks. We provide nice and swift UI for task management where they can do everything to make their tasks into reality.

Admins/Companies can view their tasks by date,they can also view who have worked for how many hours for a task including their location details.Each task will have comments,documents and logs for each action of employee/admin.

We provide maps to view details of locations. Both admin and employees can track progress of a task easily through our application. In the task section admin can see when the task is started and how much task has been completed and how much is the task pending by the employees. In the task attachments section we can upload/View images files and other documents.
